IF FOR ANY REASON AN ITEM DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU WE GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS PURCHASED IN STORE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE. ALL REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. FERN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY RETURN AT OUR DISCRETION. 

ALL PLANTS, SALE ITEMS, AND PERSONAL CARE APOTHECARY ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN POSTAGE. FERN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY RETURN AT OUR DISCRETION, INCLUDING MAILED RETURNS THAT ARRIVE DAMAGED.

PLEASE NOTIFY US WITHIN 3 DAYS OF ARRIVAL IF ITEMS WERE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. A REFUND OR A REPLACEMENT WILL BE SENT WITH OUR DISCRETION. PLEASE INCLUDE A PHOTO OF DAMAGES.
